More than 40 years in the business
Phil grew up in Pearland, Texas, where his interest in how homes are built started early. After high school, he moved to Northern California and began building hands-on experience in residential construction and mechanical systems — experience that now spans more than four decades.
Unlike inspectors who rely solely on classroom training, Phil learned homes from the inside out. He has worked on new construction, full remodels, custom homes, and multi-unit properties, gaining a deep understanding of how homes are assembled and where issues are most likely to arise.
Experience you can trust
Because Phil has seen homes at every stage — from framing to final finishes — his inspections go beyond surface-level observations. He knows what to look for, how systems interact, and how to identify concerns before they become costly problems.
Clear, straightforward communication
Phil believes an inspection should bring clarity, not confusion. He:
His calm, steady approach helps buyers and homeowners feel informed and confident.
A service mindset
Phil has always been drawn to service, including volunteering as a firefighter/EMT in California. Today, he brings that same sense of responsibility and integrity to every inspection.
For homeowners and buyers in Central Texas, Phil offers seasoned experience, careful attention to detail, and honest, professional insight you can rely on.
